The first time was in response to my unit having a problem, and the second and third time was my seasonal preventative maintenance program that I signed up for. Each time I found them to be prompt, professional, and willing to explain what they were doing and why. I give them my highest recommendation!

In 2013, another company installed a new HVAC unit. By the time they were done with the install, I had lost all confidence that they knew what they were doing. But it worked and the house didn’t blow up. I wasn’t surprised when they went out of business. Fast forward a few years and the thermostat started having issues. Colin spent the entire afternoon unwinding the Rube Goldberg mess created by the original installers. The unit is working once again and I have complete confidence that the work done today fixed the problem I originally called about and will help to preempt future problems. I called Fox Family as soon as we moved into our house in 2017 to have the HVAC systems completely evaluated and have been on their biannual preventative maintenance plan ever since. Being in Facility Management for 16 years taught me that the best defense in regards to HVAC systems is preventative maintenance. The majority of issues will be caught during regular preventative maintenance & save you from equipment failures during extreme temperatures. Fox has an excellent plan, and experienced & always professional technicians. Highly recommend!!
Just got a new HVAC system installed in my home. My old system bit the dust and I reached out to Fox Family HVAC to come out and estimate a new one. Every step from the estimate, the financing, the contract, to the installation was stellar! Sasha, from their office team, made the financing process easy and painless. All of the techs were personable, knowledgeable, and super professional. Greg Fox even came the morning of to make sure I felt comfortable enough to reach out to him if there was an issue. This company is so fantastic! My husband and I have been very pleased with their regular maintenance of our HVAC system, their prompt (same day!) repair of our HVAC system when it recently had an issue, and their technicians who are all nice, friendly, professional, punctual, good at communicating when they are on their way, and good at what they do. They have also helped us install our Google Nest when we fried the first one we tried to install on our own. Excellent service!!

When Ryan and I talked about my purchasing a new HVAC system, he said “We are ALL about reputation. We never do anything that might jeopardize that”. Fox Family Heating & Air lived up to that statement. In addition to the things one always hopes for: punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and a good product, these guys paid attention to the small details: foot coverings when they entered my house, brought me space heaters for the week I had to wait for installation, offered to come and install duct work for a fan if I needed, and left everything cleaner than they found it. Fox responded in less than 6 business hours after calling late in the afternoon the day before service. An email and text showed up after the call with the technicians name and when he was expected to service our not working heater. Collin called and said he would be able to come earlier that the time he was expected. Collin was very professional and courteous, and explained what he was working on after what he found to be the issue with our heater. The price quoted is what the price was, and the price was a fair price for the work performed. I will highly recommend Fox to family and friends. This was a 5 out of 5 star service for quality work performed.
I am very pleased with the quality of service I received from Fox Family. Mark arrived right on time and he explained everything that he found. I had another company in last week to service the heater, big mistake, and all they wanted to do is sell me another unit. Long story short, they turned my heater off by removing the fuse. Mark replaced the missing fuse and got it back running and said to call if I had any problems. Now I call that 5 ⭐️ service. I will never use another company again.

I need a second opinion regarding my AC problem. Contact Fox Family HVAC on Monday. Got an appointment on Tuesday. The HVAC technician, Colin, arrive earlier than expected which is great. He completed a diagnostic and found that the condenser fan motor is not working similar to the other HVAC company’s diagnostic. But unlike the other HVAC technician, Colin help us understand the problem and address our concerns. He then quoted us for a condenser fan motor replacement and a same day installation for $775. The quote was $75 less than what the other HVAC company was offering us. Plus they still had to order the replacement part. Colin complete both the diagnostic and installation in under 2 hours and our AC was working in no time. I was so empress with Colin and Fox Family HVAC exceptional service that I decided to purchase their maintenance club membership. By doing so, they waived the $75 diagnostic fee and gave me a 15% discount on the repair. The total cost came to $772 which was the almost same cost as the quote they gave us but now we got a year’s worth of maintenance. What a great deal plus my AC is working again. Highly recommend😁

It was easy to book an appointment on line when our air conditioner when on the blitz. Their tech specialist Keith came out the very next afternoon (on Friday the 13th no less!) to take a look. Keith was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He got our air conditioner back up and running just in time for the hot weekend. He will also be back for a tune up for our heating system before winter. What a great experience! We highly recommend Fox Family Hearing and Air!

It didn’t appear that enough air was blowing from my vents. I really wasn’t sure who to call as far as companies because I didn’t want any dishonesty where they tell me I need this or that just to make money so I called Fox as they had great reviews. My appt was scheduled for 3 o’clock. They called and told me the technician was running ahead of schedule and asked if they could arrive early. I was so pleased because earlier worked better for me. Mark was prompt and so friendly. Turns out he just adjusted the vents a bit and now the air is blowing out better than it was. He only charged me the $75 diagnostic fee which made me happy. I’d definitely use them again if I had any issues.

Friendly and efficient. They got me an appointment quickly, were well within the quoted time and even called to let me know when they were on the way. Fortunately nothing wrong with my unit aside from it being dirty and needing a little tlc there, and no extra charge! Definitely recommend them.

I need a Simple repair on my air conditioning unit. Everyone else I called gave me an estimate of between a week to three weeks before they can get out to take a look at it. The Fox family technician arrive the very next day. He finished the work to my satisfaction within 30 minutes. I was very pleased with his work and professionalism.

Had a new system installed in late spring. Had my first checkup on the system today and in 6 months they will be back for the summer checkup. They follow through on everything they say. All the men have been so professional I would recommend Fox to anyone thinking of a new system.

During our unbearable heat yesterday, our AC went out. Called Fox this morning and they were able to schedule a service call this afternoon! Kyle was very professional and was able to quickly identify the problem. He even had the part on his truck. Excellent service and repaired in a very short time! My AC is running perfectly! Fox Family Heating and Air has been responsive, fair, reasonable and honest. We had issues last summer and after two companies told us we needed to spend almost $20k to replace our entire system, FFH&A fixed it and out the door for $330!!!!!! We had a different issue this year and they came and fixed it that day, no return appointment to wait for parts because they carry the parts on their trucks. Thank you Fox Family!!!!
I used Fox 8 years ago, had wonderful service, great pricing, and was thrilled with the workmanship and their philosophy. Then I moved to have my heating and a/c service done by a larger company in the area, needed a new furnace, and was disappointed. The heating system works great, and the other company did a good job with the installation but they missed the mark on follow-up, which was very frustrating, spending time on the phone to get serviced. And the other company always pushes for a new sell!!

In the process, they found a faulty part that they added years ago, and warranted it, replacing it at no cost.
I am so happy bringing them back, fully trust their service, and look forward to seeing them twice a year maintaining our system. This is a company you can trust.

Collin arrived early, was friendly, and listened to my explanation of my problem: a musty, wet newspaper smell coming from the garage which, in the past, had meant my HVAC drains were clogged with the water overflowing the drain pan and flooding my attic sheet rock. He walked around the outside of the house with me looking for the primary and overflow drains to ensure any water dripping came from the primary drain (it did, correctly). He donned blue paper slippers before entering my house, climbed up the ladder he had installed in my cramped closet to enter the attic access. 15 minutes later, he appeared in my kitchen, with lots of pictures of what he saw. He carefully explained each photo, which showed the main and overflow pans were dry, there was no leaking from the HVAC unit. He said he peered as far as he could toward the garage rafters and did not detect any obvious leakage from the HVAC. Thus, he mused any possible leakage problem in the garage was not due to the HVAC system. Because I am a monthly-paying customer, there was no service charge for this visit. I was impressed with the speed with which I could make an appointment, Collin’s timeliness, and his professionalism.
I’ve had such a good experience with Fox Family – I had a problem with my heater on Christmas Eve and they had someone out within an hour. Got it fixed in 30 minutes. Friendly but most importantly very trustworthy and honest. I highly recommend Fox Family Heating and Air

Absolutely amazing! Called back immediately, came out the same day. Skilled technicians knew what was happening. Had to thaw our unit overnight; and they had another tech there first thing 7am the next morning! Got our air back working in less than 24 hours ! Would use them again and again. The other business I had called hadn’t even called me back until the very end of the day after Fox had already been there.

I called my niece, and she recommended Fox Family Heating and A/C. She said she called them with questions, and they took so much time with her over the phone answering all of her concerns.
I called them, and they were able to come the next day. They explained that there would be a $75 diagnostic fee. When the technician came he quickly determined that the outlet for the system, which exits my unit on the outside wall of my building was clogged. In less than 25 minutes, he freed the system of the clog, and I was able to cool my condo again. With 100 degree weather at the time, I was elated.
I called them, and they were able to come the next day. They explained that there would be a $75 diagnostic fee. When the technician came he quickly determined that the outlet for the system, which exits my unit on the outside wall of my building was clogged. I can’t believe we can actually live comfortably in our 2 story House now. During the summer our upstairs would always be 85+ degrees with me blasting the AC at 72°. It made me hate our house and hate summer. The almost 30 year old unit we had finally died and Fox came out, gave is a quote on a new unit and furnace and some really awesome suggestions for better airflow upstairs. They were very professional, thorough and fast! We had a quote the same day they came out and within a week or new AC was being installed. They took care of everything. They may not have been the cheapest but I seriously doubt another company would have done everything they did to maximize the airflow in our house with the extras they did to our ducts and vents. I’m so excited that now even on 105°+ days the upstairs has only gotten to 76° and that was without blasting the AC downstairs. We can finally be comfortable in our house and it really makes me wonder why we waited 8 years to replace it. Thank You so much Fox family!

I was really impressed with Colin and Kyle when they came to my house today. They’ve looked at all the parts of my air conditioner that weren’t possibly working and found the problem that another repairman couldn’t find yesterday. They even went up into the attic and checked the the control box. I was very impressed with how thorough they were and how willing they were to help. They are highly recommended and you should use them and not another company!

We had our AC and furnace replaced by Fox Family and they were great! Colin and Keith were at our house around 7 and done cleaning up by 2:30. Their prices were similar to other companies but we felt they were the most thorough with their inspection and didn’t give us any hard sell. Melissa was great and signed their company up to be a partner in the REEL financing program with PG&E which allowed us to finance at a lowered fixed rate. Highly recommend!

I am SO grateful to Fox Family for coming out to our home and giving us an honest THIRD opinion. We had so much trouble with HVAC companies and we started to wonder if any of them we’re going to give us an honest opinion that didn’t just benefit them. We were told to replace our 13 year old unit by one company, and we weren’t sure that was best so we called a second company. The second company told us to fix it, but never showed up the day that the repairs were scheduled, and never called us again. FINALLY, Fox Family came out, told us we have a great system, FIXED it on the spot, AND showed up for other scheduled repairs later in the week. My only regret is that I didn’t call them FIRST!

They’re honest and won’t try to sell you products you don’t need. I had other larger HVAC companies tell me I had to buy a whole new system instead of just fixing what was broken with my current one. Great customer service too!
Great service, I joined their maintenance club which is a good bargain, just had my spring service. They showed on time got everything done in about an hour. Original call was our furnace gas valve failed.Fox HAVC found it was under warranty and save me hundreds. I definitely recommend them
